The Mountain West Conference released its schedule for the 2022 season.
The Broncos start their season Sept. 3 in Corvallis facing Oregon State, opening the first of three road games in the first four weeks to kick off the season.
Week two opens conference play for Boise State, traveling to New Mexico Sept. 10 before hosting UT Martin in Boise Sept. 17.
To finish the three out of four-road game stretch, the Broncos head down south to El Paso with a date scheduled in the Sun Bowl Sept. 24 at UTEP.
The first home stand for Boise State comes against conference powerhouses San Diego State and Fresno State Oct. 1 and Oct. 8 in back-to-back Saturday matchups.
Andy Avalos and co. will have a weekend to rest before a trip to Colorado Springs to face the Air Force Academy on Oct. 22.
Two additional home games against Colorado State and BYU on Oct. 29 and Nov. 5 shape out a favorable five-game stretch in where Boise State will host four out of five games at Albertsons Stadium.
Times and television slots are not scheduled to this point, but something to note is that Boise State does not have a game that lands on a Friday.
Following the Bronco home stretch Boise State transfers its attention on traveling to Reno and Laramie to face transfer-infested Nevada Nov. 12 and Wyoming Nov. 19. Two extremely tough places to win in November.
Boise State’s regular season comes to a close Nov. 26 hosting 2021 Mountain West Champions Utah State at Albertsons Stadium.
The Mountain West Conference Championship Game will be held Dec. 3.
