Entry fee: $550 per foursome (or $150 if paying individually and want to be added to a team)
Entry includes: 18 holes of golf, cart, access to the driving range and putting green, breakfast, lunch, drinks on the course, a sleeve of golf balls and a post-round social hour and Q & A with distinguished guests

Includes signage at tee box, ability to give away items in tournament swag bag and recognition as sponsor.
MAJOR HOLE SPONSOR ($500)
-Includes signage at tee box, ability to set up a table, display, game, etc at the hole, signage at the tournament and logo/mentions in advertising leading up to the event as a sponsor.
HOOK AND LADDER SPONSORSHIP ($1,000)
- a foursome at the tournament
