I have to comment again, just finished watching the first half. Only 8/17 free-throw shooting. Horrid! Watched how the Billikens shot, they were confident and smooth. The Broncos pose too much, think about the shot too much, not natural. Oh well, typical Rice coached team. Only this year they didn't wait until February for this to show up. Very poor leadership on the floor. I know Kijab had a monster game but it means nothing when he disappears at the critical moments with the game on the line. Plus, Akot had his defender in the air in the lane with 3 seconds left and does a fade away?????? Just a simple bump while trying a jumper puts him on the line to win. But then, 12-26 from the charity stripe? Even him making one free throw would be dicey. I may be hurting some Rice supporters but he has to go.
