First off, you've been doing great so far!

Second, someone else asked about potential for a baseball return.

Third, conference expansion! Are we on anyone's radar? Are you constantly reaching out to people? You do have excellent Big 12 connections!! We've been more relevant than Houston and UCF overall since 2000s, how did we get left out again?! Pac 12 would be ideal, but Big 12 and Big 10 shouldn't be off the table. We need OUT of the MWC as soon as possible unless we can grab some high level teams to get us to a P6. PLEASE get us out!!

What do you see as the biggest obstacles to a Power Conference invite?

Stadium size/attendance?

Academic Prestige?

Media Market?

Team performance?

What does the marketing team look like for Boise State? Does it cover the whole athletic department, or are they split between teams?

How important is social media marketing going to be going foward?

More Fan Experience Feed Back.

I know a lot of folks have addressed the standard stuff, but I'd like to bring up another point. Leaving the Stadium.

For example, there are several choke points when leaving the south end zone. Where all of the fans get pressed together waiting to get to the stairs. You end up standing in place for what feels like an eternity with people shoulder to shoulder...It can be uncomfortable (especially during loses), and I know fans leave early specifically to avoid the crush. Honestly, IF there was any type of emergency folks would absolutely be trampled there.

In any of the future plans, is improving flow going out in any consideration? I do think it would help X amount of folks stay through the game.
