The only thing that could have been added was playing Fulton for a few series. Short of UCLA laying down, The game was over after the second 3 & out in the Third Qtr. The Bruins stacked the box and their change at QB turned the tide. A change at our QB with throws of more than 5-10 yards may have put the Bruins off balance. BH called a safe game running & dump passes in the first half and it worked - hopefully he realized Kelly would stack the box in Q3. Bush tried with more 1st down passing, Tiller wasn’t ready to do that, Bush should have seen that and had Fulton try a series or two, never know til it’s tried. Tiller played like 99% of true freshmen would in a big game on a big stage. I’ll take an MWC Championship any day of the week - losing by small margines, blowing first half leads, injuries, firing a head coach, .01% chance of gettting to AND winning the MWC and a Quitter 2 weeks before the big finale because his feelers got hurt.
