Signing day is TOMORROW

The traditional signing day that is.  In case anyone has forgotten all about it (which would be completely understandable).   Looks to me like they will be signing only ONE player.

Agreed, Syncere Bracket, a LB, has a crystal ball projection to sign with BSU tomorrow. I don’t think a surprise signing will happen, but it wouldn’t shock me though.  Go Broncos!

I remember the old days when tomorrow was an EXTREMELY and highly anticipated day.  It was literally one of the biggest days of the year for a Boise State fan back then.  We only knew about a few of the new recruits (at best) and there were all sorts of "surprises" to us "fans".   People could not wait to go to a signing party at one of several local bar/restaurants in the Boise area.

Now that once very anticipated day has been made basically irrelevant.

We just got another commitment,  a long snapper named Ty Smith. Sheesh, were do we get the schollys?  Must be a PWO.

I sincerely doubt that a long snapper gets a scholarship right from the start.  Look at Mason Hutton.  He might be one of if not the best LS at Boise State yet he had to walk on at Boise State and he was told he'd be put on scholarship after  two seasons, i.e., he had to walk-on and did so for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.   He did, in fact, get put on scholarship as a RS Sophomore for the 2023 season.  But that happened only because he proved to be extremely accurate at that "job".

What I doubt even more is Boise State would have TWO long-snappers on scholarship.
