PAC/MWC Merger Contract

Interesting read on what it will cost the PAC to poach MWC schools. This was an agreement signed back on Dec 1st.

The main point of the contract is that if the PAC only takes part of the MWC schools they will pay a lot of money to the remaining schools. It rewards the PAC for taking the whole enchilada with no exit fees at all.

So, do they cherry pick or take the entire MWC?

I'm wondering how this got posted without approval. I don't disagree with it. Just curious how it got approved since - as the moderator here - I'm supposed to be the one to approve new threads here. And I did not do so.

I hope they cherry pick. I'd like to see BSU, Fresno, SDSU, UNLV (for the venu), and UNR, but other than that, I'd hope they'd go after the top tear of the other g5 conferences.
