Who he is (according to Jay Tust). He graduated from H.S. last spring.

Obviously IF he travels with the team to the bowl game vs. UCLA he would be used ONLY in the event of an extreme emergency such as every other QB on the team being ill or unable to play due to injury, etc.

Personally I think they should have looked for other current players on the team who played QB in HS (other than Bolt - since the WR's are as scarce as QB's on this team right now).
