It’s a shame that the football team is embroiled in drama. What’s also a shame is the football drama overshadowed an exciting performance basketball team. This is shaping up to be the best team Leon has had. Yesterday’s quality win only adds to the BB hype.
In front of a nice November crowd, the boys did not tarnish the hype. This team is genuinely 10 deep. They can win the ESPN tourney in Orlando and the MW. They were led by their big 3 of Degenhart, Agbo, and Rice. They had nice pieces of Stanley, Martin, Anderson, Keene, Whiting, Young and Meadow. If there was any disappointment in yesterday’s game was the sparse attendance from the students.
Next game is next Sunday at Clemson. Next home game is 5 Dec vs North Texas at 7 PM. Go Broncos!!!
