I have updated the above list of new additions to eight of the nine MWC softball teams for the 2024 season.  San Diego State - in particular - has been updated and so has San Jose State.

U.N.L.V. has still not added any new players for 2024 (as far as I can tell) but they did have one player transfer to Lamar.  That being RHP Sabrina Jolin.

So you have two additional BSU transfers out.  Will Justin bring in players to fill those scholarships this fall or see what shakes out after the semester break?

There are actually 6 players from the 2023 Boise State softball team who entered the transfer portal.  Four of those six have signed or committed to play for other teams for 2024.  The two who are still in the transfer portal are Zoe Karam - 1B - 2023 True FR and Amber Thornton - P - 2023 True FR.

As to your 2nd question..........only time will tell.  Last season there were 3 additions to the Boise State softball team and two of the three were added after July.
