It is very hard to find stability, let alone develop players, with such a turnover. Look at Colorado. Prime Time changed over the entire team to only go 4-8, and still they need to replace more players. Experienced players can mentor the underclassmen, lead, and help them develop. This portal era is bad enough without toxic coaches. Hopefully SD can right the ship and get good portal players who are leaders to help mentor. Tiller needs a strong QB1 to give him a solid path to follow. Our RB room looks good, the DB room needs some more speed and leadership. Our OL is looking good, the DL is improving well. 2024 season will be an up and down affair, a very tough OOC, so a wild ride for sure. The future is looking brighter though....
