Do You Play Marcus Shaver?

Question:  If Marcus Shaver has a high ankle sprain, which we assume he does, do you:

1. Not dress him because Wyoming is extremely short handed and we should win anyway.

2. Dress him but only play him if we get into trouble.

3. Everything be darned, we cannot afford to take another chance without him.  These games are too important!

I feel safe continuing to rest him.  I know our guards had a bad game without him against SDSU.  The game was the perfect storm and I hope our other guards grew from the experience.  We really need a healthy-as-possible Shaver against more formidable opponents and in the post season tournaments.

I would hope that we leave Shaver on the bench to continue to heal. Unless the Cowboys really put up a fight let him rest and use the bench to give them experience.

I think you start/play him. Maybe do limited minutes but definitely feel like if he's able to go, he plays.

I just saw on KTVB, during a Leon Rice interview, that the off week has allowed all players to get healthy enough to play tomorrow.  Go Broncos!
