James Ferguson-Reynolds..........three punts for a combined 88 yds = 29.333 yds per punt???  WTH???

I was wondering the same thing.

He now has 4 punts and his average is now up to 33.33 yds per punt.

Eric McCallister's stats for the first half

2 receptions - 2 TOUCHDOWNS - 31 rec. yds - 15.5 yd avg. per rec. - Long of 25 yds

Taylen Green's QB Pass Efficiency Rating for the 1st half = 228.657

Cooper Legas' QB Pass Efficiency Rating for the 1st half = 66.325

Two injuries in a row. 12 min left in the game. How long do you keep starters in?

Not a bad crowd.  I was scared when I arrived around 2 hours prior to kick off, was the only vehicle on the East side!  Late arriving crowd, but an announced 31k plus was respectable.  The only thing to play for was pride and a perfect MW regular season.  To us, the team seemed to play indifferently.  They seemed like the temperature, cold.  It’s hard to criticize them though especially with a 42-23 final they just found a way to win and that’s what matters.  I will say this,  play this way nextbSaturday and Jake Haener will have his way.  Go Broncos!

31,402 was listed as the official attendance for the Utah State game.  That's better than I had expected.

The team played awful (in most respects) for nearly two thirds of that game but thanks to two big plays in the last minute Boise State covered the 17 point spread.  So lots of Boise State bettors were made happy.

Every Boise State fan should be watching tonight at 8 p.m. when Wyoming plays @ Fresno State on Fox Sports 1.  Who knows.........Wyoming COULD win that game.  I don't think they will but they COULD win that game.   That probably wouldn't be best for Boise State because that would make Fresno State a very pissed off team when they come to Boise on December 3rd.

Overall a nice game for Boise State. Didn't really matter if they won, but they made some plays late to get it done. Impressed again by Green (5 touchdowns) and the defense.

Fresno will be a much bigger test next week. Should be fun.

I watched the Fresno State dismantling of Wyoming last night.  All I have to say on that is "Good Luck" to Boise State.  Fresno State played like a well-oiled machine in the first half of that game last night.

We wont be able to shut down their offense but i really do believe we will see our best effort defensively this week regardless of who is and who isnt available for us. Our DBs have to step up in this game. Haener has been getting rid of the ball so quick with rhythm/timing that itll almost be too tall of a task to ask our front 7 to get pressure consistently on him. Going to need the DBs to knock WRs off course and cause a bit of hesitancy so hes not able to just throw in rhythm the entire game.
