Boise State vs. New Mexico game thread

It's disappointing to hear so many tickets for tonight's game have gone unsold. Hard to believe this game hasn't even come close to selling out.

Quote from BSUaddict on February 22, 2023, 5:49 pmIt is what it is on the ticket situation. There should still be a very solid crowd at the game tonight. Administration has done what they can to be able to sell more seats so its not for the lack of trying.

Quote from BroncoChief on February 23, 2023, 12:32 amWhat a game! Intense and hard fought. I thought it was the loudest game of the season. Those in attendance really brought it! Glad to see Max finally get his 30. Who would have thought Deggie would go 0-8 from 3 and the team still score 82! Props to Milner and Whitting for solid performances off the bench! Sorry more people didn’t see the game in person, it was worth every penny. Go Broncos!

I can't help but find it funny that New Mexico's overall record is now 20-8 and all eight of their losses are to other Mountain West Conference teams. Maybe it's just me but I find that to be funny.

Show’s the MW is really good this year.

There were quite a few tickets sold to the game even before the potential last minute walkups. People get bummed when they see the 3rd deck on the emptier side but if we can fill the bottom bowl consistently then that is awesome. Sometimes we forget how big the X is. 12k capacity is massive. I still believe we should tarp off that 3rd deck entirely UNLESS the ticket trends of the game getting over 10-11k in the arena. Seeing the 3rd deck empty when the crowd is still relatively big is a downer but we could fix that easily.
