The final score doesn’t matter in my opinion, we played Oregon tough with the strength of our team in pitching wise. To hold them 2-0 is very respectable. Wish we hit a bit more in clutch situations. But that will come.
We really played well vs Oregon state. Error free ball and were up 5-1 in the 7th. We faced their best pitchers and hitting from what I know. We left at least 8 girls on base and still scored 5. This team is going to be something special this year. Just have to dial in the line up etc.
The Shortstop position is a whole since E Flores leaving but we have 2 players that seem to be doing a great job filling the job. Hopefully they will continue to develop and lock that down.
