Dirk's press conference today at Boise State (boy it's weird typing that) makes it crystal clear that he will not be the O.C. at Boise State in 2023.
I know Mike Sanford's career has been a rather bumpy road and his results at Colorado were not great this year but personally I'd love to see him returning to Boise State as the Boise State 2023 Offensive Coordinator (after he finishes this season as the Interim H.C. at Colorado).
I'm fairly certain that whoever Colorado hires as their next H.C. is going to bring in his own O.C. - which would leave Sanford without a job. This is, of course, dependent on Boise State having the FUNDS to hire him. $280k isn't going to get that done. $280k being what Tim Plough was being paid at Boise State.
