Is Boise State football finally back?

After eleven long years, Boise State football may be back. For the first time since Coach Pete, including Harsin's 2014 and 2019 seasons (which included a Fiesta Bowl win, an embarrassing loss to Ole Miss, a win against a bad Florida State, and a drubbing by Coach Pete's UW), Boise State took the field in an away game against a major non-conference opponent and looked impressive. The Broncos looked physical, explosive, competent, and tough. They were not outclassed or out coached by a major opponent under the brightest lights. It's probably too early to crown Danielson the heir to Pete's success, but for the first time since Pete left I can reasonably hope for success on par with the Petersen era. The potential return of Bronco football comes just in time for the extended playoffs.  Go Big Blue!
