Three players on the 2022 Boise State softball team chose to transfer elsewhere and the following is a review of how those three former Boise State softball players did in 2023 with their new teams.
Clarissa Morena - A 2022 Sophomore at Boise State, transferred to nearby N.N.U. in Nampa, ID. She started all 56 games for N.N.U. as their shortstop in 2023. She batted .306 for the season which was 2nd best on the N.N.U. team. She also had an OPS of .887 in 2023.
Bella Rocco - A 2022 Junior at Boise State, transferred to Fresno State. She started all 54 games for Fresno State at third base for the Bulldogs. She had a batting average of .208 in 2023 and an OPS of .632.
Hailey Hayes - A 2022 Sophomore at Boise State, transferred to Purdue University. She played in 33 games in 2023 and started 18 games at Catcher. She had a batting average of .154 in 2023 and an OPS of .445.
