Now at 5 p.m. it changed from 31 down to 24 degrees with 10 mph winds. 6 p.m. was changed from 28 degrees down to 21 degrees with 11 mph winds. 7 p.m. was changed from 26 down to 20 degrees with 11 mph winds and 8 p.m. was changed from 22 degrees down to 16 degrees with 11 mph winds. Who knows what it will actually be tonight. Certainly not the weather forecasters it seems.
