Those 4 common opponents this season are Air Force, Colorado State, New Mexico & Wyoming. Here are the results of those 8 games:

Air Force - Boise State won 19-14 @ AF - Utah State beat AF at home 34-27

Colorado St. - Boise State beat CSU in Boise 49-10 - Utah State beat CSU @ CSU 17-13

New Mexico - Boise State beat NM 31-14 @ NM - Utah State beat NM 27-10 in Logan, UT. NOTE - The Boise State win over NM was when Tim Plough was their O.C. and Hank Bachmeier was the QB.

Wyoming - Boise State beat WY @ WY 20-17 - Utah State lost to WY @ WY 28-14

Against those four teams Boise State scored 119 pts and gave up 55 pts

Utah State scored 106 pts and gave up 66 pts against those same four opponents.

Boise State lost at home to B.Y.U. by 3 pts (31-28) and Utah State lost 38-26 in Provo.

Pretty sure Utah State played BYU in Provo.
