Old Dominion. The story (Published in the "Virginia-Pilot" newspaper) where I came across this news was dated 4 days ago (May 18th) and is behind a paywall so it is pointless of me to put in a URL link but Rick Moore has - apparently - transferred from Boise State to Old Dominion.
He is listed on the 247 transfer portal as having committed to Old Dominion on the 16th.
His departure brings the scholarship count (as I see it) down to 88 scholarship players - including all of the transfers and true freshmen said to be joining the team in August.
